1. What is the warranty on your timepieces?
All of our timepieces come with a 2-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects.

2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the European Union typically takes up to 7 business days.

3. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, shipping is limited to the European Union, UK and Norway.

4. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, you may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in perfect condition with all original packaging.

5. Are your watches water-resistant?
Yes, all models are water-resistant up to 5 ATM (50 meters), making them suitable for everyday wear, light splashes, and rain. They are not recommended for swimming or diving.

6. How do I adjust the bracelet size?
Each timepiece comes with an adjustment tool. To resize the bracelet, insert the tool into the pinholes on the links and gently push the pins out. This allows you to remove or add links for a perfect fit. There are also many videos on Youtube, which show you the correct use.

7. How do I care for my timepiece?
We recommend avoiding extreme shocks, strong magnetic fields, and prolonged exposure to water. Clean your timepiece gently with a soft cloth to preserve its finish.
